I made the neatloaf tonight and it was easy and delicious. Good to let it sit and completley cool. I “heard” it was even better cold the next day in a sandwich. Can’t wait for lunch! Even fooled my carnivore son… so its a keeper! Thanks Amy…keep em comin’
